Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee training, scheduling, and daily operations to maintain quality and service standards.

The role focuses on developing leaders, coaching staff, and ensuring profitability while keeping guests satisfied across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
