Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coach and correct team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Assign shift duties and follow up for completion.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet Brand, Company, and health standards.
• Coach team on food prep and production management.
• Assist with new product training and communications.
• Complete daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and counts.
