Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach and correct team
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping duties
• Assign shift duties and follow up for completion
• Direct team and ensure food safety and brand standards
• Coach on food prep and production guidelines
• Assist with training and new product introductions
• Ensure cash, sales, and inventory records are accurate during shifts
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and reports
• Support RM in daily operations, inventory, and administrative tasks
• Promote a safe environment and comply with safety codes
• Participate in incident reporting and metric achievement
