Job summary

Circle K Longs, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and coach the team. You will partner with the RM to maintain standards and ensure customers leave satisfied with fast, friendly service.

The RAM leads team members, enforces health and safety regulations, and handles shift-level paperwork and cash controls, while supporting training and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability across all hours of operation including opening and closing shifts.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and coach others.
• Integrity, ownership mindset, and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coach Restaurant Team Members in RM's absence.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Complete shift, weekly and end-of-period paperwork and counts.
• Support training on new products and campaigns.
• Maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment and comply with health regulations.
