Job summary

Circle K Store West Columbia, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and partner with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The RAM will coach and develop team members, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and drive profitability while adhering to health regulations and Circle K values. This is a full-time, evening/weekend role requiring a valid driver’s license and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires full-time availability during all hours of operation and some pre-opening / post-closing duties.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction and health/safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety, and ensure brand standards.
• Handle end-of-shift paperwork, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with management to meet financial and operational metrics.
