Job summary

Circle K is recruiting a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Prosperity, SC to support daily restaurant operations and supervise Team Members in the RM's absence. You will coach, lead, and train staff to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The RAM role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with safety and health guidelines, and maintaining operational excellence across shifts while delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
• Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• In RM absence RAM completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other duties
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
