Circle K in Wilson, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM will lead staff, coach performance, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guest service, team interviews, maintaining clean facilities, enforcing safety and food preparation guidelines, and ensuring accurate cash and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise team in RM's absence and coach performance.
• Conduct interviews for new team members and shift leads.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Ensure food safety standards and quality across all items.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; report discrepancies.
• Complete required administrative tasks: daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork.
• Support RM in achieving financial and operational metrics.
