Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to serve as an operations leader at a Burger King location. The AGM supports the General Manager, directs a team of Hourly Shift Leaders and Crew Members, and focuses on profitability, guest service, and operations management.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, enforcing standards, and coaching staff to achieve fast, accurate, and friendly service in a clean facility. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and ensures proper cash control procedures are followed.
• Oversees daily operations in coordination with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction.
• Coaches Shift Leaders and Crew Members to improve performance and service quality.
• Directs team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
