Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Ability to lead and coach shifts and crews.
• Available for flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory.
• Uphold operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of the facility and equipment.
• Adhere to cash control and security procedures.
• Interact positively with guests and coworkers.
• Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members to raise performance.
• Direct restaurant team for accurate, prompt product prep and delivery.
• Uphold brand standards and operational policies.
• Cover Shift Leader duties when needed.
