Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Burger King location. The AGM leads daily operations, drives profitability, and ensures top guest service while managing a team of Hourly Shift Leaders and Crew Members. Reports to the General Manager and supports execution of standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments is preferred.
