Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing inventory costs and cash controls.
• Lead guest service to meet fast, friendly standards in a clean facility.
• Coach shifts and team members to raise performance.
• Direct operations to ensure accurate prep and prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Cover Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
