Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Clarksdale, MS to lead daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure extraordinary guest experiences. You will develop leaders, coach the team, and uphold Popeyes standards while managing labor, inventory, and compliance.

A strong hospitality mindset and hands-on leadership are essential. You will own performance from end-to-end in a fast-paced Louisiana kitchen-inspired brand, with opportunities for growth and leadership

Qualifications

Minimum 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of profitability drivers and P&L management.
Proven leadership with ability to coach, motivate and develop others.

Responsibilities

Own the restaurant by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and issue resolution.
Build and develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and supporting management and hourly teams.
Protect the brand by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and local engagement.
