Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Rogers, AR is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead BOH and FOH operations, maintaining food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement while developing team members.

You will manage kitchen operations, guest experience, local store marketing, staffing, and financial accountability, ensuring recipes are followed and regulatory standards met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining high standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations including food preparation, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure menu items meet high quality standards with scratch-made quality.
• Champion hospitality to deliver a welcoming guest experience.
• Support local store marketing to build community and drive traffic.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet operations needs.
• Mentor and develop team members for future leadership.
• Manage food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure recipes are followed with correct portions and production tracking.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead shifts focusing on quality, speed, hospitality, and safety.
• Evaluate Mystery Shop results and implement improvement plans.
• Provide training and development opportunities; perform other duties as assigned.
