Job summary

Torchy’s in Texas is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations, uphold high standards of food quality, safety, hospitality, and guest experience, while aligning with Torchy’s mission. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, manage food costs and inventory, ensure recipe adherence, and drive local marketing and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH and FOH operations to ensure guest experience and operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement.
• Manage inventories, food costs, labor, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; mentor future leaders.
• Ensure recipes followed with correct portions and production tracking.
