Torchy’s is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations, upholding our high standards for food quality, safety, hospitality, and community engagement. You will drive guest satisfaction, mentor teams, and ensure efficient, compliant daily operations across the restaurant.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to training, scheduling, and operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment, including kitchen and guest-facing operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH and FOH operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, portioning, and recipe adherence.
• Lead local store marketing and guest engagement initiatives to drive traffic.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet staffing levels and operational needs.
• Mentor team members and develop future leaders while maintaining accountability.
• Manage food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency.
