Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable during training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability to grow sales and motivate others.
• Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
• Sets clear goals for themselves and their team.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective discipline as necessary.
• Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly and directly.
• Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignment.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, utility usage, and Health Department ratings.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation to Ruby Tuesday standards.
• Train Front of House and Back of House staff on policies, procedures, and specs.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages per recipes and procedures.
• Resolve guest recovery situations with discretion and professionalism.
