Job summary

The Windsor Court in New Orleans seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the service team and ensure attentive, friendly, and efficient dining experiences for every guest.

You will work with F&B leadership to monitor service standards, control payroll and costs, and implement new strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and sales while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dining room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests in the restaurant.
• Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to budgeted payroll and overhead costs.
