CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance, coaching Team Members and managing schedules, labor, and inventory to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Coach and train Team Members; support scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support with financial reporting and budgeting efforts.
