Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead by example, setting the tone and coaching staff to excel in fast-paced conditions.

In this role you’ll hire and train team members, manage daily operations, and ensure controls are in place for cash and inventory, striving toward strong service and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
