AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a team and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and cleanliness. You will guide the crew to deliver a positive guest experience and drive performance across operations.

In this role, you will hire and coach staff, use AES systems, manage cash and inventory, and work with the General Manager to achieve goals for service, operations and financial results.
