You will support the Shift Managers, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, inventory control, and safe food handling. The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, and experienced in quick-service leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Open availability and full-time scheduling.
• Dependable and coachable.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License and active auto insurance; reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Oversee production and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Complete temperature logs, waste tracking, and key inventory counts.
• Handle sales reconciliation, banking duties, and guest escalations.
