Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Manager to contribute to the restaurant’s success through direction and control of daily operations. You will help grow sales, ensure a positive guest experience, and maximize profitability while upholding standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead team members on a shift-by-shift basis, drive guest satisfaction, and support brand sales initiatives such as promotions and new product

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a High Quality Operation.
• Maintain Controls and Cash Handling.
• Manage Team Members on shift-by-shift basis.
• Provide a positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service and high-quality food production.
• Direct sales and marketing initiatives on a shift basis.
• Recruiting and training of new team members as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards across all service areas.
