Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls while coaching Team Members toward consistent performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and involvement in special projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisor/manager experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, budgets, and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Coach and support Team Members with training and feedback.
