Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and top-quality food service. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security while directing a team in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will also manage inventory, money controls, and local marketing initiatives, recruiting staff and training Team Members. This role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and computer literacy to succeed in a busy Subway location.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator who can engage diverse team members.
• Experience supervising and training staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
