Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Set hours and weekly schedules; assign tasks before, during and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, utilities, and Health Dept ratings.
• Ensure CHARM Service Model is executed by all team members.
• Provide, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food/beverages according to recipes.
