Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead the restaurant on a daily basis. You will train and supervise kitchen and service teams, handle guest concerns, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for every guest.

As the on-site manager, you will drive sales, monitor food costs, uphold food safety standards, and enforce company policies while modeling Ruby Tuesday's core values: Be Real. Do Good. Walk Together.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Train, supervise and direct kitchen and service teams.
• Lead shifts as on-site management and handle guest concerns.
• Drive sales and monitor food costs and inventory.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
