Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail supervision, including team leadership, shift management, and basic performance coaching.
• Operational skills in cash handling, POS systems, inventory monitoring, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on building positive guest interactions and supporting an inclusive team environment.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, handle fast-paced situations, and support continuous improvement in daily operations.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or coursework in hospitality or business management is an advantage.
