Responsibilities

• Lead and support General Managers to run profitable restaurants.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Direct operations to deliver quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Coach managers on discipline and staff development.
• Recruit restaurant staff and manage scheduling.
• Monitor COGS and labor variances.
