Job summary

Role Description

The Assistant Manager assists with scheduling, training, and performance feedback to support a positive and inclusive work environment. They also help manage inventory, monitor cash handling procedures, and support local marketing and sales initiatives. The role requires active engagement on the restaurant floor, leading by example and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.

• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, handle fast-paced situations, and support continuous improvement in daily operations.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights during shifts.
• Previous experience in quick-service or casual dining and familiarity with brand standards is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or coursework in hospitality or business management is an advantage.
