Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant experience
• Indirect people leadership experience of 2+ years or direct leadership of 1+ year
• Effective in motivating and guiding staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities of the food services operation to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient operations.
• Coach team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to drive outlet profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and gaming regulations.
• Interviews and hires team members and delivers onboarding and training.
