Mystic Lake Casino is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team at the Mystic Lake dining outlets in Prior Lake, MN. You will ensure guest satisfaction, supervise staff, and collaborate with culinary leadership to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced casino environment. Full-time on-site employment with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of restaurant/food service leadership experience.
Experience in scheduling, inventory and cost control.
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests.

Responsibilities
