Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a dynamic Manager, Hotel and Resort Services to lead the Front Office and Resort Services teams. You will optimize occupancy, guest experience, and profitability while aligning with strategic initiatives across a 750+ room property.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, service excellence, budgeting, and collaboration with casino operations, VIP services, and host teams. Strong leadership, finance, and PMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 5 years in hospitality roles with guest services or front desk.
• At least 3 years in progressive people leadership.
• Experience managing operations in a large resort, casino hotel or full-service property (500+ rooms) preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems and hotel tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the Hotel Front Office and Resort Services.
• Lead operations across a 750+ room property with high occupancy cycles.
• Drive guest experience, service standards, and service recovery.
• Partner with revenue management to align room inventory with demand forecasts.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and managers across departments.
