Job summary

Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive sales while maintaining top quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure a positive guest experience across dine-in, to-go, and delivery channels.

This hourly/part-time role requires leadership, cash handling, and strong commitment to food safety. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate on promotional campaigns and staffing.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in managing shift operations is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a High Quality Operation.
• Maintain Controls and cash handling procedures.
• Manage Team Members and scheduling to optimize labor.
• Provide a positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Ensure timely and accurate service and food quality.
• Direct overall activities of team on shift-by-shift basis.
• Support brand sales initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Complete daily paperwork and reporting.
• Support and practice open communication with team.
