Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager and other team members, providing exceptional guest service while promoting operational standards and procedures. This role includes leadership duties and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents by state/federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
