Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the district manager, and help maintain standards. Strong guest focus, team leadership, and reliability are essential; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Ensure proper food handling and facility maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met.
• Set a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
