Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and guest service excellence. You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Monitor health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a positive, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
