Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will lead a small team under the District Manager, schedule staff, uphold standards, and train employees. Requirements include at least 1 year in an assistant manager role, a HS diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
