Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered in a clean, inviting environment.

The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, dynamic team player who can work closely with the District Manager to uphold operational standards and procedures. Prior supervisory experience in a high‑volume food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant‑level operations and maintain day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and conduct interviews, hiring and training.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while maintaining team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
