Job summary

Wingstop – Omaha seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead the team to achieve top food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive performance by enforcing SOPs, managing labor, sales, and costs while coaching staff and screening applicants to build a capable team. This role requires strong leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service.
• Monitor and manage daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process. You may assist with screening applicants during recruiting.
