Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and coordinate with the store manager to meet objectives.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Create schedules balancing sales volumes, payroll and availability.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Monitor budgets, labor and food costs and drive sales growth.
• Coach and develop staff with district/CenterSupport guidance.
