Qualifications

• Related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in day-to-day restaurant operations and staff supervision.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage.
• Supervise product handling and storage.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting and payroll tasks.
