Bojangles' @ BlueWater is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers opportunities for leadership growth within the locally owned Bojangles' location in Ravenel, SC.

Qualifications

• Related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Professional demeanor in supervising employees and supporting customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task and manage diverse responsibilities.
• Flexibility to open or close and run shifts without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and maintain long-term goals and action plans for Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Responsible for facilities management, store equipment, calibrations, repairs, and energy conservation.
• Maintain holding times, service speed, product quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Supervise preparation and positioning of people, equipment, and products for each shift.
• Supervise product delivery and proper handling/storage of raw products.
• Forecast annual sales and profit plans and communicate them to upper management.
