Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean and inviting environment.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be a hands-on leader who trains and motivates staff, ensures health and safety standards, and maintains cost controls in a busy dining environment. You will be coached to achieve management goals with internal promotions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Foster a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
