Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You will help manage a fast-paced team in a clean, inviting environment and contribute to achieving performance goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of assistant management experience, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a strong focus on customer service and team development within a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and staff development.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a friendly, family environment in the restaurant.
