Job summary

Taco Bell in Lexington, VA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the restaurant, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer hospitality.

You will hire and develop staff, schedule the team, address performance issues, and manage budgets. The right candidate has leadership experience and a track record of delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and lead a team to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct orientation and training plans.
• Schedule staff, address performance issues, resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
