Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in New London, WI. The AGM will provide leadership during operating hours, supervise staff, and uphold standards of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service.

The role requires hands-on operation, training, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety, cash handling, and company policies on a daily basis. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including back-of-house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and staffing to ensure fair treatment and compliance with laws.
• Coach and develop team members and onboard new staff.
• Address safety concerns and escalate issues to manager/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits and monitor inventory.
