Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Ashwaubenon, WI. The AGM provides coverage of operating hours and supervises day-to-day operations to ensure clean, hospitable, accurate, and profitable performance.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding.
• Assist with safety concerns and report issues to manager/HR.
• Conduct food safety and prep audits daily.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures and assist with schedule creation.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals.
• Oversee daily inventory, deliveries, opening/closing, and shift staffing adjustments.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses and take corrective actions.
