Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Green Bay, WI. The AGM will provide management coverage of operating hours and supervise restaurant operations to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service at their Taco Bell unit.

The role includes hands-on operation, coaching employees, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with safety and payroll procedures. Must be 18+, with prior supervisory experience and a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certiications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding.
