Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to supervise operations at a Taco Bell unit in Snohomish, WA. The AGM will provide coverage during operating hours, train staff, and model high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, accuracy, and service speed.

The role requires hands-on leadership, day-to-day expense and inventory management, and ongoing coaching of team members to meet margins and sales targets. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation (front and back of house).
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and scheduling to ensure fair staffing.
• Coach and develop team members and onboarding.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management.
