Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair staffing and compliance with laws.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to manager/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures; assist with scheduling and deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet targets.
